Ever since the Fall of Man in the Garden of Eden, the most valuable gift we can ever receive from God is Spiritual Rebirth. In fact, this gift is so great, it is actually mandatory in order to enter God’s Kingdom of Heaven.

John 3:5
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Q: What about John 3:16? “…whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”.

A: The drastic mistake most people make regarding John 3:16, is that they
simply make the decision to believe that Jesus Christ walked the earth, died for them, was raised from the dead – which are all true – but choose to stop there.

To simply acknowledge those things then ignore God’s plan of salvation is not what it means to believe. To believe Christ is to follow Christ.

If you really believe in Jesus Christ, you will take the next step and follow His
instructions given through His apostle Peter in Acts 2:38.

Q: How do we know that Peter had the Keys?
A: Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:18-19

18 “And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

19 “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven…”

Those keys were used in Acts 2:38.
